Who should use FIXE?

FIXE is meant for all types of restaurants. Whether you are just opening your first location or your 50th, FIXE can take care of all your bookkeeping needs. We can even work with your current in-house accounting team to make their processes more streamlined and automated. Instead of overpaying for services that require tons of manual entry, we can save you money and allow you to spend your time focusing on your guests.

How much does FIXE cost?

We strive to make a very clean and simple pricing structure no matter how large or small the restaurant. We have developed systems in order to keep your cost low so you can spend more on your customers. That is why we are very transparent and clean in our pricing structure. $600 per month per restaurant location no matter the size of the restaurant. There are no added fees, no options to charge you more, 1 Flat Rate.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Once the on-boarding process is complete, you will have a dedicated account manager that will be your point of contact in case you have any questions or concerns. If you need immediate assistance, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager directly via email or phone. We will strive to answer any issues before end of day Mon - Fri and within 24 hours during the weekend.

How does the on-boarding process work?

We pride ourselves on making the onboarding process as seamless as possible. It can be done while your current bookkeeper is still working on your account. When you sign up you will receive a checklist of the items that are required for FIXE to get you on-boarded. These items include logins and passwords to your POS, Payroll, Banking and Credit Cards. We will also need a copy of your FEIN Letter from the IRS. From this information we can get your account started. Once the account is setup, we can then take over your books (import your old bookkeeper's accounting file) and you are off and running. There will be no turnaround time in giving you your financials, because we will have already set up your account by the time you have moved on from your old bookkeeper.

Is my data secure?

We store customer data securely in the cloud utilizing Amazon Web Services or AWS. AWS is trusted by many of the largest companies and federal agencies in the world.

To ensure your data is secure, we use advanced data encryption and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of customer data.

Are you Accrual Based or Cash Based?

We typically run accrual based for our clients, but we can accommodate cash based books as needed

Can you accommodate my financial calendar?

We can accommodate monthly financial calendars or custom financial calendars (4,4,5 or 13 4-week period)

Is there an on-boarding fee?

There is no on-boarding fee. We set up your account behind the scenes and when you are ready to switch to our system, your books are already setup. We take on the cost of the set up so you don’t have to spend additional fees on accounting and bookkeeping just to switch to our system.

Do I need a Tax Accountant?

Although FIXE will maintain your books throughout the year, you will still need a Tax Accountant to prepare your year-end taxes. We do work with preferred Tax Accountants, but you are more than welcome to use your current one as well. We will make sure that your books are ready and reconciled no later than February 15th so that your Tax Accountant has ample time to prepare your year-end taxes.

Do you use Quickbooks?

We use quickbooks online (QBO) for all of our accounts. We have developed integrations with QBO in order to give you accurate financials in a timely manner. If you are switching to FIXE but your current bookkeeper does not use QBO, we can convert your financials seamlessly as part of the on-boarding process.


We can prepare 1099s for any of your vendors. This is included in our fee.
